Laura Fornoni

Sports & Dance Therapist

BSc Sports & Dance Therapy, London Metropolitan University 2018 Laura is a former gymnast and gymnastic coach with wide-ranging sports experience including rugby and cheerleading.   She’s well-versed in all styles of dance and enjoys enriching her knowledge in new disciplines such as burlesque and circus arts. Laura works with patients from all backgrounds whether they are sedentary or high-performing sports people.

Nick has taught Sports Massage at the North London School of Sports Massage since 2006, which he combines with his work treating private patients ranging from members of the public to elite athletes. In his early life Nick competed as a trampolinist and gymnast, and he has worked at major sporting events including the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Soft Tissue Therapist & Scar Worker

Gillian began soft tissue work as a massage therapist in 2018 before qualifying at level 5 from the renowned North London School of Sports Massage in 2019. As well as working with a wide variety of clients, she has been teaching there since. Having herself come through injury and pain, she is passionate about empowering people to take ownership of their bodies and their recovery - whether they want to run a marathon or run for the bus. She is also a Sharon Wheeler Scar Work Therapist, a growth area as more is understood about how scars can impact whole-body movement. So if you have scars that need soft tissue work or just some tightness in your tissues, I'm happy to help.

Julian Banton

Julian graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Distinction for his Masters in Osteopathy and a Diploma in Naturopathy. Here he also won the Institute of Osteopathy's Rising Stars Award, given to the single most promising practitioner at each Osteopathic University. Julian also has a history in football, playing for the Arsenal academy for 10 years and professionally with Sheffield United for four years. During his time in professional sport he became interested in Osteopathy and how it can aid recovery, prevent injuries and optimise athletic performance and health. Julian uses a wide range of techniques varying from soft tissue massage to joint manipulations, dry needling, exercises and can offer lifestyle and nutritional advice in order to achieve the best holistic results

Mert prides himself on providing patient centred care and ensures your recovery program is designed specially for you. He specialises in musculoskeletal injury’s, treating acute and chronic conditions using a combination of manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, sports massage, cupping and IASTM. He has special interest in back and neck injuries, but as a specialist sports therapist he enjoys treating all injury’s that prevent patient’s from being active.

Luke is a registered Osteopath graduating from the London College of Osteopaths with a 1st class honours. Prior to this he worked as a level 5 sports and remedial massage therapist since qualifying in 2011. A keen athlete with a strong sporting background, Luke has competed at elite level in both badminton and martial arts. Pushing himself to his limits he learnt the importance of optimising health and function, and the power Osteopathy had in achieving those goals. Luke offers and employs a variety of techniques based on the age, physique, and nature of his patient’s issue. His clinical experience working with people of all ages, on all joints of the body and with numerous conditions allows him to provide tailored treatment to suit the individual and help return them to what they love doing.

Sports Physiotherapist & Clinical Director

Tom specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, treating acute and chronic conditions using a combination of exercise rehabilitation, manual therapy and soft tissue therapy. His extensive clinical experience includes working with national team athletes at major sporting competitions including the Commonwealth Games and European Games. Outside of work, Tom enjoys football, cycling and golf.
