Julian Banton

Osteopath

Julian graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Distinction for his Masters in Osteopathy and a Diploma in Naturopathy. Here he also won the Institute of Osteopathy’s Rising Stars Award, given to the single most promising practitioner at each Osteopathic University.

Julian also has a history in football, playing for the Arsenal academy for 10 years and professionally with Sheffield United for four years. During his time in professional sport he became interested in Osteopathy and how it can aid recovery, prevent injuries and optimise athletic performance and health.

Julian uses a wide range of techniques varying from soft tissue massage to joint manipulations, dry needling, exercises and can offer lifestyle and nutritional advice in order to achieve the best holistic results
