Parinita Mhatre

Physiotherapist

Parinita is a sports enthusiast with a passion for football and basketball. Former university athlete with district-level wins and a few medals to show for it. She loves adventure, trekking and travel, always on the hunt for the next great food spot. Outside of work she enjoys playing guitar and reading interesting books.
Parinita recently achieved a MSc in Sports & Exercise Medicine at Queen Mary University of London which drove her passion for Physiotherapy. She has over 2 years of experience working with U-18s and elite athletes across football, basketball, badminton, squash, and cricket. Currently sharpening my skills at Charlton Athletic FC working with U-10’a to U-14’s. She specialises in manual therapy, ITMMIF Certified, trauma management, pitch-side rehab, sports nutrition and psychology and emergency medicine. From kinesiotaping to dry needling, she has your recovery covered. Sports have always been her drive and now she makes sure others stay in the game too.
